Each jar contains 30 capsules (1 per day) and covers one month's supply.
Who's it for? These supplements are specially developed for moms (to be) in their second trimester—from week 13 through to week 27. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans too.
How? Take one capsule daily, ideally with food. The small capsule is easy to swallow, but you can also stir the contents into your smoothie, yoghurt or another meal.
Please note: this food supplement isn't suitable for children up to and including 16 years old. Before taking a vitamin K2 supplement, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you're also taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon). Each capsule contains calcium from calcified marine algae (Aquamin®). Calcium is needed for the normal development of bones and, together with vitamin D, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones — just as your baby's little bones and teeth are forming.
Each capsule contains magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue—welcome when your body's working harder and your legs can get heavy.
Vitamin C activates your body's natural energy and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue—which can be common in the first trimester. Each capsule also contains a vitamin B complex* and magnesium, which contribute to reduced tiredness too. What's more, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
