The basics
At Bodime, we understand that you feel good, when your body and mind feel better. As you navigate everyday changes or the hormonal ups and downs of a (first) period, pregnancy or menopause, your mind and body and mind will have different needs. So why should your self-care take a one-size-fits-all approach?
Hormonal changes are a natural part of life, but they’re often ignored or framed as ‘bad’ (just think of anti-ageing or anti-pimple products). At Bodime, we believe in the connection with your changing body and providing natural self-care solutions that meet your needs, helping you feel better in every hormonal phase.
We’ve developed self-care solutions (coming soon) for every hormonal phase, including skincare, intimate care, and supplements. Each product is tailored to your specific needs – whether it’s soothing period cramps, caring for your body during pregnancy, or relieving menopausal symptoms like hot flushes, sleepless nights or intimate dryness.
Hormonal changes are completely natural, and so is our self-care. That’s why most of our formulas have 100% natural ingredients. Some products are made with added lab-made ingredients to make them more effective, but all with respect to your health. All our formulas are completely free of hormone disruptors like parabens or phthalates, as well as microplastics, silicones, intimate perfumes, paraffin, and other additives that can disrupt your body.
Absolutely. All our skincare is dermatologically tested, and our intimate care has been gynaecologically tested. We also conduct clinical studies under medical control to make sure our products are safe and do exactly as promised.
